The court permission step
Texas law allows you to dismiss one moving traffic violation per 12 months by completing a state-approved defensive driving course. However, you must get permission from the court before you enroll - enrolling without it does not count1.
Aceable offers two formats: an online course at $49 listed ($29 with offer shown) and a hands-free audio course at $64 listed ($39 with offer shown). Both are 6 hours and TDLR-approved.

The court dismisses the ticket once it receives your completion certificate.
